Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to elucidate the significance of incorporating conceptual and theoretical frameworks in legal research. By examining the role of these frameworks in structuring research questions, guiding methodologies, and analyzing legal issues, this paper demonstrates the advantages of a well-founded and coherent legal inquiry. Drawing on examples from various legal disciplines, the paper emphasizes the necessity of grounding legal research in robust conceptual and theoretical foundations to ensure accurate interpretation of legal phenomena, enhance interdisciplinary dialogue, and facilitate the development of legal knowledge.
